About Tuolumne County Aquatics

TCA (Tuolumne County Aquatics) is a year round US Swimming age group team at the Sonora Sport and Fitness Center in Sonora, California. TCA competes in agegroup and senior meets as part of the Sierra Nevada LSC and emphasizes promotion of lifetime fitness. Members work out with swimmers of similar age and ability in a structured program including work on strokes, turns, starts, conditioning, flexibility, and strength development.

TCA Water Polo is an age group water polo club team that is part of TCA and the Sonora Sport and Fitness Center in Sonora, California. The workouts emphasize the rules, strategy, and technques of the game of water polo. The Team begins conditioning training in the spring and participates in age group tournaments in US Water Polo in the summer. Workouts are held in the evening in the deepwater Sonora Sport and Fitness Center pool.
